FLORIDA VOTERS! Don’t forget that your postmarked and in-person voter registration deadline is extended to 10/18. It takes two minutes at vote.org/register-to-vote!

A LOT of states (and DC!) hit their by-mail voter registration postmark deadlines at the end of today. Is yours one of them? If you still need to register, meet us over at vote.org/register-to-vote now!

Also: early voting begins today in Maine, Montana, Nebraska, and New Mexico!

The 19th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States was ratified 95 years ago today on August 18, 1920! Thank you to all the dedicated women and their allies who fought hard to extend the right of suffrage to women.

Not registered to vote? That’s ok if you live in Colorado, DC, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, or Wyoming. You can register AND cast your vote on election day tomorrow!

Find your polling place.

It’s technically not too late to get an absentee ballot in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

But you should get on it if your need one; the election is next Tuesday.

But seriously, Pennsylvania. Why do you need absentee ballots delivered the week BEFORE the election? No one else does!

Voters, be sure to send those ballots in by this Friday!

Haters gonna hate, but voter fraud is extremely rare. Only 31 potential instances of this kind of fraud have been found between 2000 and 2014, out of over 1 billion ballots cast during that time period.

Voter fraud is often purported to be a much greater cause for concern as a way to justify debilitating voter ID laws.

Hey Rhode Island voters, don’t wait to apply for your absentee ballot! The deadline is next Tuesday (Oct. 14).

Wisconsin and Texas get a lot more vote-y

Big news for both Texas and Wisconsin voters who don’t have access to special forms of ID this election.

The Supreme Court just ruled Wisconsin’s (super last-minute, super disenfranchisey) voter ID law implementation unconstitutional. So there's no special voter ID required to vote in Wisconsin again.

Even more surprising, a judge for the Southern District of Texas threw out Texas’s strict photo ID law, calling it “an unconstitutional poll tax.” So now there's no special voter ID required to vote in Texas.

The deadline to register to vote in Illinois and New Mexico is Tuesday, and Missouri’s is Wednesday.

Don’t miss out. Complete our voter registration form, and then print, sign, and mail it in today! http://www.longdistancevoter.org/register-to-vote

Monday is the deadline to register to vote in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Michigan, Montana, Kentucky, Ohio, Louisiana, Washington State, and DC.

Pennsylvanians: It’s a big day for us!

Obviously, the Primary is today. So find your polling place and get there before 8pm!

But did you also know, today’s the day Judge Jones will release his decision on Pennsylvania’s marriage equality case (Whitewood v. Wolf)? Big news coming out after 2pm. Stay tuned. (While you vote.)

UPDATE: Marriage Equality is a-go! Read the decision.
