Day 28, can it really be? Oh, Socks. He envisioned a world where voting was easy and open to all - even cats. Well, sorry, cats…but the dream is still possible for all eligible humans! Even the ones who will be away on election day. Socks would be proud.

Day 23 is all about the miracles of life that science can’t explain — you know, long neck giraffes, pet cats & dogs, the horizon, pyramids, ghosts, the fact that children look like their parents, and that one time when a pelican stole a dude’s cell phone. Stuff like that. Absentee voting is definitely magic. You can’t touch it but it’s everywhere……and it can change elections. Try to explain that!

Well, we guess we have our work cut out for us. Absentee voting IS a real thing. Our job is making it REAL easy to understand.
Day 21 of LDV’s 30 days of memes is brought to us by good old ZOMG cat. Remember him? He’s currently in disbelief because he was under the common misconception that absentee ballots only get counted in tight races or runoffs.
No way, ZOMG cat! Absentee ballots are always counted just like other votes. So be sure you register and vote (so long as you are human and 18 or older), even if you won’t be able to vote in person.
Alas, we’re not in a perfect world yet. But until the government recognizes nyanvoting, LDV has your back — we make absentee voting as clear and simple as possible. (Day 17.)
