It’s true! Arkansas and Hawaii were supposed to have voter registration deadlines TODAY, but because it’s Columbus Day and a national holiday (even though, EW, WHY?), their deadlines are now TOMORROW, October 9th! Land of Opportunity, indeed, Arkansas! Aloha, Hawaii!
